Article 10 of the New Hampshire Constitution empowers the citizens of our great state with the Right of Revolution, telling us that "whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered...the people may, and of right ought to reform the old or establish a new government."

That's what the NH Rebellion, a project of Open Democracy, is all about: exercising our constitutional obligation to reform our broken government. And we're just getting started.
