Join us for our Annual Walk to Declare Independence from Big Money in Politics on Sunday, July 7, 2019.
The walk will begin at John Paul Jones Memorial site in Kittery, Maine at 2 pm where we will have a Kick-off Rally and free ice cream from Ben and Jerry's! Then we will march approximately 1 mile to Market Square where we will join up with the Civil Rights Sunday Action.
There will be some parking available at York Hospital, 35 Walker St., Kittery, which is a short walk from the park. There will be other parking available, and we will have shuttles available to and from other parking lots. We will post and update the shuttle schedules as they become available.

IN KITTERY: Park at York Hospital Office Building, 35 Walker St., Kittery, Maine. Park in the furthest back slots from parking entrance. Walk south on State St. to John Paul Jones Park. need a GPS Address, use Warren's Lobster House, 11 Water St, Kittery, ME 03904.
IN PORTSMOUTH: Please park at the Connect Community Church Lot at 200 Chase Dr. in Portsmouth, NH. You need to sign up for a ride by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The Volunteer Shuttle Ride to Kittery will run between 1:10 and 1:30 pm. After the event please take the free Portsmouth shuttle back to your car at Hanover St. Bus Stop (alongside the parking garage), it leaves every ten minutes.
Park in downtown Portsmouth NH - pay for 3 hours of parking and walk to the starting location in Kittery. Please note: Memorial Bridge will open at 30-minute intervals on the hour and half-hour.
